Select “Continue with the PAN Application Form” from the drop-down menu.

You will be forwarded to a new page where you must enter your electronic KYC.

Decide whether you require a physical PAN card and enter your Aadhaar number’s last four digits.

Fill out the form’s following section with your personal information, contact information, and other details.

Go to the UTIITSL PAN card application page and choose “PAN Card for Indian Citizen/NRI” from the list of PAN services.
2. “Apply for a New PAN Card (Form 49A).”

Select either the “Physical Mode,” which requires you to submit the printed-signed application form to the nearby UTIITSL office or the “Digital Mode,” now there is no longer necessary to provide a printed copy of the application form by allowing you to electronically sign it using DSC or Aadhaar.

Check the accuracy of the information entered and press the “Submit” button.

After verification, choose BillDesk or PayU India from the list of possible payment channels to continue with the online transaction. Cash cards, debit cards, credit cards, and internet banking are available as methods of payment.
7.
You will receive a payment confirmation after successful payment. You can either download this or take a printout of it.
8.
Attach two passport-sized photos (3.5 x 2.5 cm) to the printed form and sign where it is requested.
9.
Enclose a copy of your identification, address, and date of birth proof documents with your fully completed application form and submit it online or deliver it to the nearest UTIITSL office for processing and issuance of your PAN card.
